Stable Cottage

We stayed here during March, the weather was typically British so we endured a little snow, wind, rain and quite cold temperatures. Gill & Trevor are so helpful and accomodating, nothing is too much trouble Nice pub within 5mins walking distance with great food and a great welcome. A fabulous place in a beautiful setting. The cottage is immaculate with every need catered for. The walled garden is quiet and the local walks through the countryside are peaceful. Add the pub up the road and, honestly, what more could you need?

We live in Northern Ireland and come to England twice a year to see family and friends. I can honestly say after 17 years Stable Cottage was the best accommodation yet. Great shower, huge comfortable bed and sofas. As for the walled gardens absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely be back.
